Molly Tarlov is an American actress who is famous for her role in the recurring character Sadie Saxton in the teen comedy-drama television show Awkward from 2011. Tarlov was raised in Manhattan, New York, as the younger of two daughters. She began her career in the tenth grade when she was Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was very well received by seven grade students. She studied at Paris at NYU Tisch and then spent the summers of her teen years studying Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College gave her training for various styles of acting. The school she attended was The Atlantic Theater Company and was able to incorporate the writing aspect of her act at The LAByrinth Theater Master class. Molly gave away her winter coat and purchased a pair of black sunglasses on her trip for Los Angeles. In no time, she landed a 3-word role on iCarly that attracted the notice of her parents. Since then, she has made several TV appearances. In addition, she created the character Caitlin in Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly is a pretentious pretender to play basketball well despite the fact that she doesn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
